Melatonin is best known as the sleep hormone, and its most familiar role is the regulation of our circadian rhythms. Are you familiar with the name Jan Ryde? We’ve mentioned him a few times in the past. Mr. Ryde is the owner and executive chairman of the Swedish bed maker Hästens. As part of the Ryde family, he is part of the fifth generation in spearheading Hästens, a tradition that began way back in 1852 when the company was founded.

Jan Ryde recently sat down with Dr. Michael Breus, Ph.D., “The Sleep Doctor” behind the podcast called Sleep Success which is indeed all about improving sleep quality.
