RLS or restless leg syndrome is a condition characterized by an irresistible urge to move the legs, especially during the evening. Symptoms include the intense feeling of pins and needles on the leg, leg aches, or recurring itch, tingling sensation, and the urge to move one’s legs around. This condition is usually seen in more women than men. It typically occurs while laying down or sitting and can disrupt one’s sleep, leaving you feeling exhausted the following day.
